On completion of six semesters of the BSc (Honors) Culinary Arts & Management program and having met specified requirements including minimum CGPA, the student can exit with a BSc degree.
Culinary Arts & Management of Food Service is a competitive field, requiring patience, skill and a drive to succeed. Nitte Institute of Hospitality Services is offering the BSc (Honors) in Culinary Arts & Management. This program will help students gain the knowledge and skills needed in a practical way, to turn their passion for food into a career.
Duration: 4 years (8 semesters)
Pass in Class 12 in any discipline with minimum of 45% marks in aggregate and English as one of the languages of study. The candidate should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission.

On receipt of the query, the Admission Section will guide the students with the process of registration and admission. Admission is based on merit in the qualifying examination.
