The event was meticulously planned to create a memorable experience for the kids, filled with fun activities, games, food and surprises, to spread love and joy among the children, providing them with a day filled with laughter & happiness. 'Rajasthani Rasoi' - a Rajasthani themed lunch was organised, prepared and served to 80 guests in the Training Restaurant, by the 3rd Semester B.Sc (Hons) Hospitality Management students of NIHS, on 16th September 2023.
The curated menu showcased specialties of Rajasthan such as Daal Bari Churma, Laal Maans, Bajre ki Khichdi, Banjara Kukkad, Rajasthani Khadi and Tarbuze ki Sabji.
