Prof Amar Z Cherian, holds Masters’ Degree in Personnel Management & Industry Relations, and Hotel Management. He has nearly 30 years of experience in hospitality education. He was the Chairman of the Board of Studies and Board of Examinations for BHM / BSc (HS) at Mangalore University, and is presently a member of the Board of Studies for Food Science & Technology, Mangalore University.
