  • Basic Training Kitchen is equipped with adequate equipment to teach the basics of Culinary Arts to the students of 1st and 2nd semester
  • Advanced Training Kitchen to train students of the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 7th semesters in cuisines from around the globe
  • Quantity Training Kitchen adjoins the Dining Hall, where students learn to cook meals in large quantities and prepare food for regular events conducted at the institute
  • Bakery & Confectionery Lab where necessary baking / confectionery skills are provided to the students by means of hands-on experience
  • F & B Service Training Restaurant is a section of the F & B Service Department and is used to train students in extensive aspects of Food & Beverage Service
